Terms of Service

Article 1 — Purpose
These Terms of Service govern the contractual relationship between HoneyCold (hereinafter "the Provider") and any natural or legal person subscribing to a plan (hereinafter "the Customer").
HoneyCold is a B2B prospecting SaaS platform that enables the extraction of publicly available professional data from Google Maps, their qualification through artificial intelligence (Claude AI), and commercial pipeline management.
Article 2 — Plans and pricing
2.1 Subscription plans
- Solo — 1 user, unlimited Google Maps scraping, dual AI audit engine, AI cold email, full CRM (Kanban + Grid), INSEE enrichment, Blitz Mode, semantic search, unlimited CSV export, 500 AI credits/month.
- Team — Up to 5 users (expandable), all Solo features, team dashboard & leaderboard, lead assignment, velocity tracking, shared notes, invitation codes, 2,000 AI credits/month.
2.2 Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on the Customer's choice at the time of purchase. A promotional "Founder" rate is offered to early users, locked in until June 1st, 2026. Current prices (Founder rate, in EUR excl. tax): Solo €39.99/mo or €379.99/yr; Team €149.99/mo or €1,399.99/yr. The future standard rate will be €59.99/mo and €229.99/mo respectively.
2.3 Price changes
The Provider reserves the right to modify its pricing. Any changes will be communicated to the Customer 30 days before taking effect. The Customer may cancel their subscription before the effective date.
Article 3 — Registration and access
Registration is performed exclusively online via the honeycold.com website. Payment is processed by Stripe. Access to the service is granted immediately upon payment confirmation.
The Customer agrees to provide accurate information during registration and to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Article 4 — Duration and termination
The subscription is taken out for a period of one month or one year depending on the chosen plan, and is automatically renewed. The Customer may cancel at any time from their "Settings" page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no pro-rata refund.
Article 5 — Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided upon subscription. By accepting these Terms of Service, the Customer expressly waives their right of withdrawal.
Article 6 — Use of the service
The Customer agrees to use HoneyCold strictly within the scope of B2B prospecting, in compliance with applicable regulations. The following are prohibited:
- Using the service for spam or harassment purposes
- Reselling or redistributing extracted data
- Attempting to circumvent the technical limitations of the service
- Using the service for illegal activities
Article 7 — Data and confidentiality
Extracted data comes exclusively from public sources (Google Maps). The Provider does not guarantee the accuracy of data obtained from third-party sources. The processing of the Customer's personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Article 8 — Liability
The Provider commits to ensuring service availability of 99.5% (excluding scheduled maintenance). The Provider's liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Customer during the preceding 12 months.
The Provider shall not be held liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or business interruptions.
Article 9 — Intellectual property
HoneyCold, its source code, design, and algorithms are the exclusive property of the Provider. The subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use.
Article 10 — Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.
